Booking Policy

At The Powder Room, we’re all about giving you the best possible experience. To keep things running smoothly, please take a moment to review our booking guidelines:

• We do not work over other salons’ work. Please arrive with bare nails or book a soak-off if you have an existing set.

• If you currently have a set on, be sure to book a soak-off or have it removed before your appointment by walking in before your scheduled appointment time.

• Double-check your service selection when booking. The time slot you choose is reserved specifically for that service.

• Our prices are starting points and may increase based on upgrades like designs, nail length, or shape.

• We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may forfeit their deposit and risk rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another client.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the service price.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

• If you're running late, please give us a call or message. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.

Rescheduling Policy

Need to switch your appointment time? We’ve got you!

• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all rescheduling requests.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service price.

• Multiple reschedules may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.
